  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes. Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package as soon as it is dispatched.

📦 Products

  • Are your products authentic?
    • Absolutely. We guarantee that 100% of our products are authentic Japanese editions, sourced directly from authorized distributors in Japan.
  • What is the condition of the boxes?
    • All booster boxes are Brand New and Factory-Sealed with the original shrink wrap.
    • We use extra padding and sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your items arrive in pristine, collector-grade condition.
  • What language are the cards in?
    • All cards sold on Mandi Shop are the Japanese version. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before making a purchase.

💳 Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Can I get a receipt or invoice?
    • A digital receipt is automatically sent to your email after every purchase. If you require a formal commercial invoice for customs purposes, please contact our support team.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    • Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (price volatility and the risk of tampering), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped.
  • What if my order is wrong or damaged?
    • If you receive the wrong item or if the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the unopened package. We will resolve the issue immediately.

📋 Inventory & Pre-orders

  • When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
    • We restock popular items frequently. We recommend following our store or checking back regularly for updates on high-demand sets.
  • How do pre-orders work?
    • Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they are officially released in Japan. Important: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order items become available. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
